Case Example: You urgently need to prepare for a work opportunity, so you sign up for our intensive Lingo Master course, receiving daily classes Monday to Friday. After your event has passed (and successfully so!), you no longer need to have daily lessons, so you downgrade to a different package that offers fewer weekly sessions to keep up with your language progress.

Cancellation Policy
SUMMARY OF LANGUAGE SERVICE AGREEMENT
This contract defines the terms for language lessons between the Student and LingoGrow Academy. The service is one-on-one, online, during the agreed period.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND CANCELLATIONS

Students may cancel up to 5 classes per month with at least 3 hours' notice (or by 6:00pm the day before for morning classes). Properly canceled lessons can be rescheduled within the same month, the next, or up to one month after the contract ends.

Unnotified or late cancellations result in the class being marked as completed, without the right to reschedule. Only the number of classes originally scheduled per month can be made up. Rescheduled classes cannot be rescheduled again, even with notice.

If the student arrives more than 15 minutes late without notice, the class will be marked as completed.

To pause the course (due to trips, etc.), 15 days’ advance notice is required. If not, a 50% monthly fee applies as a penalty.

If no cancellation notice is given at the end of the contract, the agreement will be automatically extended by 30 days. Holidays (except Christmas and New Year) are part of the regular schedule and must be rescheduled with the teacher if chosen to be skipped.
TEACHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Teachers must give at least 3 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. They may only do this up to twice per month.

Teachers must begin and end lessons on time, maintain quality, and teach in a clean, organized environment.

If a student cancels the contract but returns within 2 months, missed and already paid classes will be made up. After 2 months, this right is lost.
SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES

In case of teacher absence (vacation, illness, etc.), the school must provide a substitute to avoid academic or financial delays.

The school provides native or experienced teachers, personalised support through a personal advisor, and allows program changes with 1-month prior notice based on the course cycle.

Política de Cancelamento
RESUMO DO CONTRATO DE SERVIÇO COMPROMISSOS DO CLIENTE Participar de sessões semanais individuais (1 hora) Cancelar com pelo menos 3 horas de antecedência (ou a sessão será considerada realizada) Até 2 sessões por mês podem ser remarcadas As sessões começam no horário; atrasos superiores a 15 minutos sem aviso contarão como sessão realizada COMPROMISSOS DO COACH Oferecer total presença, segurança e orientação Personalizar cada sessão conforme seu estágio emocional e de migração atual Em caso de múltiplos cancelamentos, outro mentor certificado poderá ser designado temporariamente FLEXIBILIDADE DO PROGRAMA Você pode pausar seu programa com aviso prévio de 7 dias (para viagens, doenças prolongadas, etc.)
