Cancellation Policy
SUMMARY OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CLIENT COMMITMENTS - Attend 1-on-1 weekly sessions (1 hour) - Cancel with at least 3 hours’ notice (or session is marked as completed) - Up to 2 sessions/month can be rescheduled - Sessions start on time; being more than 15 minutes late without notice will count as completed COACH COMMITMENTS - Offer full presence, safety, and guidance - Customize each session to your current emotional and migration stage - In case of multiple cancellations, another certified mentor may be assigned temporarily PROGRAM FLEXIBILITY You may pause your program with 7 days' prior notice (for travel, prolonged illness, etc.)
