Choose from either 2 (Lingo Travel) or 3 (Lingo Travel Express) classes per week - whichever suits your travel plans better! You can schedule all the classes to be daily if you prefer - it depends on when you're flying and on how confident you want to feel. Case Example 1: You're leaving in two weeks and want daily classes to get you up to speed in the shortest time possible. You choose to book the Lingo Travel Express package of 12 classes per month and schedule them to be taken daily. In that case, you have 12 classes in a row before you travel. Case Example 2: You're leaving in three months and don't feel as much pressure to cram-study before your trip. You book the Travel Lingo package of 8 classes per month and decide to take 2 classes per week to get you up to speed steadily so you're fully prepared to fly by the time your vacation rolls round three months later. Cancellation Policy
SUMMARY OF LANGUAGE SERVICE AGREEMENT This contract defines the terms for language lessons between the Student and LingoGrow Academy. The service is one-on-one, online, during the agreed period. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND CANCELLATIONS Students may cancel up to 2 classes per month (Lingo Travel) or 3 classes per month (Lingo Travel Express) with at least 3 hours' notice (or by 6:00pm the day before for morning classes). Properly canceled lessons can be rescheduled within the same month, the next, or up to one month after the contract ends. Unnotified or late cancellations result in the class being marked as completed, without the right to reschedule. Only the number of classes originally scheduled per month can be made up. Rescheduled classes cannot be rescheduled again, even with notice. If the student arrives more than 15 minutes late without notice, the class will be marked as completed. To pause the course (due to trips, illness, etc.), 15 days’ advance notice is required. If not, a 50% monthly fee applies as a penalty. If no cancellation notice is given at the end of the contract, the agreement will be automatically extended by 30 days. Holidays (except Christmas and New Year) are part of the regular schedule and must be rescheduled with the teacher if chosen to be skipped. TEACHER RESPONSIBILITIES Teachers must give at least 3 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. They may only do this up to twice per month. Teachers must begin and end lessons on time, maintain quality, and teach in a clean, organized environment. If a student cancels the contract but returns within 2 months, missed and already paid classes will be made up. After 2 months, this right is lost. SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES In case of teacher absence (vacation, illness, etc.), the school must provide a substitute to avoid academic or financial delays. The school provides native or experienced teachers, personalized support through a personal advisor, and allows program changes with 1-month prior notice based on the course cycle.
