LingoGrow Academy Policies
SUMMARY OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement defines the terms of your Growth Program with LingoGrow.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Show up on time for weekly 1-on-1 sessions (1 hour).

Cancel with at least 3 hours' notice or by 6pm the previous evening in the case of having an early morning session.

Up to 2 sessions per month can be rescheduled.
-
Unnotified cancellations or repeated lateness (15 minutes or more) may result in the session being marked as complete.
COACH RESPONSIBILITIES

Begin and end sessions on time.
-
Maintain a safe and confidential space.
-
Customise each session to your current emotional and migratory stage.
-
If the coach cancels or reschedules more than once per month, another professional from LingoGrow may step in to ensure your progress.
PROGRAM FLEXIBILITY
You may pause your program with 7 days' advance notice (for travel, prolonged illness, etc.).
